Transcript: How to Play this New and Exciting game? A Favourite for Two Looking back to when board games were more interesting then video games. We remember days where we would sit on the floor and travel through the wonderful world of candy. Candy Land was a favourite for many children and after looking further into what the assignment consisted of we decided that this should be our game we present with a few minor changes. The Creation of Candy Castle What Did We change? Where the object of the game remains the same with a new twist. Once the player's pawn (maiden) arrives at the Candy Castle, they then become the new Princess of the Candy Kingdom. This includes a paper cutout and they hold the title until they are challenged for their kingdom. From looking at the game we realized that the candy that was used in the games weren't as popular as some brand name candy's today such as Gummy Bears, Dots, Reese's, Hershey's, Cotton Candy and Cupcakes. The original characters were taken out, with a Hershey Kiss Fairy and the Gummies set in their place. Gather a group of 2-6 players The first player picks the card and your pawn moves to the closest square with the corresponding colour, if a card with two squares occurs you jump to the nearest two. If you end up picking a character card, a photo of the candy that corresponds with the square on the board. Once the first pawn makes it to the Candy Castle they win the crown and the title of Princess of the Candy Kingdom. Winning a Kingdom?

Transcript: Candy Land My community is a dictatorship. I rule everything in Candy Land! All kids will go to school until they complete the 8th grade. Then, they will move onto college to become experts at making candy. People get around in Candy Land by motor scooters. The motor scooters are powered by squeeze pops. You get your motor scooter when you start working. Energy is made by people making candy. The more candy people make, the more energy thrives through Candy Land. Every first Sunday of the month after people go to bed, Warhead Super Sour Spray is misted throughout the whole town that rids of diseases for a month. Anyone that breaks one of Candy Land's laws is to pack their bags and leave Candy Land. They will be forced to go to camp that teaches them to obey the rules of Candy Land.They are sent back to Candy Land after they complete camp. If they break another law then the Giant Sour Patch Kids will throw them off the face of the Earth. No one has to worry about hunger. Candy Land has a life supply of ingredients for the candy. If you can't afford to buy candy, you come to my candy kingdom, and we will work something affordable out. Currency & Poverty People earn money by making candy. The currency is Candy Money. Making Candy Money is a crime. Only I can make Candy Money to give to you when you make Candy. Way Goverment Everyone has jobs making candy from when they are 16 to 50 years old. After that, they are for retirement. When you retire, Everything is payed for by me. 8.) Giant Sour Patch Kids protects Candy Land. Anyone that trespasses into Candy Land will be thrown off the face of the Earth by the Giant Sour Patch Kids! Employment 4.) 6.) Disease Control Housing Education 5.) Transportation Beware, they are also armed with marshmellow guns! MWAHAHA! 7.) Every Sunday at noon you have to blair the song "I want candy". No other food besides candy! You want real food, go live somewhere else!!! -_- You cannot lie in Candy Land or you will be thrown off the face of the Earth by The Giant Sour Patch Kids. The only candy product you are not allowed to make is Candy Money! I make this only to pay you for making candy. Everyone will go to school until they complete 8th grade. Energy 9.) . 10.) is important too Hunger You have to have at least 2 cocoa trees in your yard. Everyone has to be in bed dreaming about sugar plums by 10:00 every night. Military You may not eat the candy off the gingerbread houses!!! Your 1.) Everyone has to own the board game Candy Land. Crime No fat free candy allowed. Brings The Cavities ! Houses in Candy Land are gingerbread houses. yards are to be manicured weekly. The candy decorations are to be replaced monthly. There are four people to a household.
