Directed by George Lucas with co-assistance of James McTeigue, film was a financial success, grossing over $300 million at the box office in the United States. Jedi hero Anakin Skywalker is seduced by the dark side of the Force to become Darth Sidious's new apprentice Darth Vader. May 1980 The Phantom Menace was released in theaters on May 19, 1999, becoming the first Star Wars film since Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi sixteen years earlier. The release was accompanied by extensive media coverage and great fan anticipation. Despite mixed reviews from critics and fans, the film grossed $924.3 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing Star Wars film. May 1999 The film is set one year after the Empire's invasion of Cloud City, when Luke Skywalker and friends travel to Tatooine to rescue their friend Han Solo from the vile Jabba the Hutt. It is the third film to be released in the Star Wars saga, and the sixth in terms of internal chronology. E P I S O D E III Meanwhile, a young farmer named Luke Skywalker meets Obi-Wan Kenobi, who has lived in seclusion for years on the desert planet of Tatooine. When Luke's home is burned and his aunt and uncle killed, Obi-Wan begins Luke's Jedi training as they—along with Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2—attempt to rescue the Princess from the Empire. The film was generally positively received by critics, especially in comparison to the two previous prequels. It broke several box office records in its opening week, and went on to earn over US$800 million worldwide, making it one of the top grossing movies of 2005. The film concerns the continuing struggles of the Rebel Alliance against the Galactic Empire. During the film, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Princess Leia Organa are being pursued across space by Darth Vader and his elite forces. I'm no one. Kylo Ren Lando Calrissian Palpatine "I'm a Jedi, like my father before me." Han Solo Three years after the onset of the Clone Wars, the noble Jedi Knights have been leading a massive clone army into a galaxywide battle against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The film is set ten years after the Battle of Naboo, when the galaxy is on the brink of civil war. Under the leadership of renegade Jedi Master Count Dooku, thousands of systems threaten to secede from the Republic. When an assassination attempt is made on Senator Padmé Amidala, the former Queen of Naboo, Jedi apprentice Anakin Skywalker is assigned to protect her, while his mentor Obi-Wan Kenobi is assigned to investigate the assassination attempt. Soon the Jedi are drawn into the heart of the separatist movement, and the beginning of a new threat to the galaxy: the Clone Wars. The only hope for the galaxy is Anakin's own offspring – the twin children born in secrecy who will grow up to become Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa. When the Jedi's were holding the light savers it uses muscular force to hold the light saver.Also when Han Solo had Chewy cross-bow he used muscular force to hold it. When the Watto was flying he used muscular force to keep himself in the air. When Luke was on a platform he let go of a pipe he fell out of the base and there was a sideways pole outside of the base and Luke was holding on to it. Magnetism. Introduction! Friction! Forces Gravity Conclusion! Watto Friction: Friction is a force that keeps you standing and walking. Without friction you would be slippin and slidin every day and you couldn’t stop moving and grooving. Gravity;gravity is a force that keeps us down.Without gravity we would be floating in the air. Muscular Force: Muscular Force is a force that lets you move and play all the sports you wanna play and move.Without muscular force you wouldn’t move-you would be a statue. Magnetism: Magnetism is a force that lets 2 objects connect together. Without magnetism recycling will be much more difficult because all the metal things won’t get attracted and the metal things will be un organized. R2D2 and BB-8 have wheels so they don't scrape the ground so the wheels cause less friction. When Rey went down the rope her hands made friction because her hands were rubbing the rope to create friction. When Yoda was holding himself up it was friction because his hands were rubbing the stick. When Darth Vader was holding the light saver it was creating friction because if they"re was no friction the light saver would fall out of his hands. The tank in the trailer, it was creating friction because the wheels were rubbing the ground.

In conclusion, "Star wars A New Hope" has uniquely represented the heroes journey, creating a brave, loyal, and strong character who despite his struggles kept going. If you ever feel like giving up, just keep going like Luke did. When Luke, Leia, Han-Solo, and the droids on the death star Leia says " Come on! Luke, It's too late!" After Luke witnesses Obi-Wan's death. when Biggs dies, "Luke is stunned by Biggs' death. His eyes are watering, but his anger is also growing." Explanation Luke said he couldn't go with Obi Wan because he had to help his uncle with the farm and "he couldn't just leave Uncle Owen behind." This impacts the watcher because it shows that Luke is emotionally strong and physically strong. Refusal of the Call In Star Wars the heroes journey is uniquely represented creating a character who is brave, loyal, and strong. The Ordeal Star Wars Presentation Explanation This is significant because this is one of the many times someone important to him dies, despite all Luke's internal pain he chooses to keep going forward even though there is danger. This impacts the watcher because they feel Luke's pain and sees him as a brave and determined protagonist. This quote is significant because Luke has to keep going despite the challenges he has faced.

Ben's cloak falls to the floor in two parts, but Ben is not in it. Vader is puzzled at Ben's disappearance and pokes at the empty cloak. As the guards are distracted, the adventurers and the robots reach the starship.
